Founded by Mohamd Imad and Romaisa Pervez, UrSolutions brings engineering, data, AI, healthcare and research perspectives together to solve complex problems.
Co-founder
Mohamd’s background spans data engineering, software engineering, machine learning, cloud, enterprise systems and technology consulting. He approaches systems end to end—from architecture and data platforms to the software and intelligence users ultimately rely on.
Outside technology, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has shaped his approach to problem-solving, continuous learning and resilience.
Co-founder
Romaisa brings expertise across healthcare, epidemiology, research, statistics, health analytics and population health. She combines healthcare domain knowledge with rigorous analysis to translate complex evidence into practical, informed decisions. Outside of her work, Romaisa loves travelling, discovering new places and cultures, and maintaining an active, health-conscious lifestyle.
